Cater Hub – Returns & Warranty Policy

At Cater Hub, we pride ourselves on supplying quality used commercial catering equipment at the UK’s best prices. To give you peace of mind, all purchases are backed by our returns and warranty policy.

1. Warranty Coverage

  • All equipment purchased from Cater Hub comes with up to 3 months warranty (unless otherwise stated at the point of sale).
  • The warranty covers mechanical and electrical faults that affect the normal operation of the equipment.
  • The warranty does not cover consumables or perishable parts (such as seals, bulbs, filters, or gaskets), or damage caused by misuse, neglect, improper installation, or lack of maintenance.

2. Returns & Refunds

  • If your item develops a fault within the warranty period, please contact us at info@caterhub.co.uk with your order details and a description of the issue.
  • Depending on the circumstances, we may offer:
    • Repair at our workshop
    • Replacement with the same or similar item
    • A refund, if repair or replacement is not possible
  • Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within a couple of days once the item has been returned and inspected.

3. Returning Goods

  • Customers are responsible for returning items safely unless otherwise agreed.
  • Items must be returned in the same condition as received, excluding the reported fault.
  • Where Cater Hub arranges collection, a collection fee may apply unless the item is confirmed to be faulty under warranty.

4. Customer Responsibilities

  • Please check all items upon delivery and report any transit damage within 24 hours.
  • Equipment must be installed and used in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions and local regulations.
